Hello. I’ve had a lot of people ask me for a “preview” of my book, “The 7 Steps To Amazing Health!”. Here is the preview…I look forward to your thoughts and comments. Thank you.
Yours In Health!

DISCLAIMER
My attorney told me that I needed a “disclaimer”. Something along the lines of,
“This book is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult with your physician or qualified alternative health care practitioner or therapist before starting any supplement or exercise program.” If this is what you need to feel better…well there you go…you’ve got your little disclaimer.
Oh, I forgot, I’m also supposed to disclaim any legal responsibilities for any adverse consequences you may incur for following my advice.
Really though, if you feel that you’re the type of person who needs a disclaimer stop reading right now! I’m interested in helping those who are willing to take responsibility for their lives by doing what it takes to make positive changes. If that describe you, then please, by all means read on! You’ll be glad you did!
HOW TO BE HEALTHY
ANOTHER WARNING: Do not read this unless you are completely committed to changing your life. If you are not fully committed to being healthy and taking charge of your life, then give this book to a friend or family member who is. Some of the information here may seem simple or just common sense but DO NOT DISMISS IT! The information I am going to give you may seem so basic that you will be tempted to skip over it and think it is a waste of time. Beware of short cuts and easy answers. Please take all this information to heart and apply each step.
Where are you at today? Where are you going with your life? Are you better off today (emotionally, physically, spiritually) than you were last year? Or are you struggling to enjoy your life? It’s time for you to take a long, hard look in the mirror and realize that the only person who is responsible for where you are right now in your life, is the one looking back at you.
“Somebody said to me, ‘I can’t believe Jerry Garcia is dead.’
And I thought, “Doesn’t this guy know? Everybody’s dead.
It’s all a matter of degree.”
-George Carlin
I love and hate this quote, as it’s so true. How many people do you know that are half dead? There is no joy in their life. There’s no sparkle in their eyes. They wake up, go to work, come home, go to sleep, and just to do it over and over again. This may describe your life. So which are you going to choose? Do you want to be fully living, or continue on with your non-exciting, half dead life?
America, one of the richest nations on Earth is also one of the unhealthiest. The United States ranks 37th out of 39 industrial countries in terms of health. We have more people who suffer from cancer, obesity, Type 2 diabetes, fibromyalgia, and arthritis than any other nation. All of which can be prevented or at the very least minimized with a healthy lifestyle.
A troubling number of Americans are being treated for depression and anxiety. All too often, they are simply put on medication without any information on diet, exercise, or emotional health. They believe they are getting better because they are on the “magic pill.” Yet we are getting sicker, and sicker despite being treated with multiple medications.
There really are no magic pills or potions that will get you healthy – you know this. You are the only one who can take the necessary steps toward health and the first step is to make your commitment to do the necessary work to be healthy, vibrant, and alive.
Now, you may think you’re not that bad, or that you’re already too far gone, or that maybe it won’t be worth the effort. You may think this information is for someone else. You might catch yourself thinking, “Well, that’s great but I have this illness or that disease.” Perhaps your doctor told you that nothing can be done for you and that you have to live with it, or worse, that you are going to die soon anyway. With that one tiny but powerful message, the doctor takes away all of your personal power. What they need to admit is that there is nothing that they can do for you.
My goal with this book is to put the power back in your hands so that you can get your life back!
It is my belief that most diseases result from lifestyle choices and that you and only you can do what it takes to get better. Everyone knows someone or has heard of someone who cured their cancer, diabetes, heart disease, or obesity.
If they can do it, why can’t you?
