In my house I have somewhere around 800 + books. At my office I have about another 100 books. In storage I think I have close to another 100 books. I LOVE to read. Reading has been one of my greatest teachers. I would say that about 80% of the books I own are related to health, wellness, and nutrition. About 10% of the books in my library are devoted to communication, self improvement, and psychology. 5% of the books cover the areas of history and education. The remaining 5% of my books are biographies or non-fiction books.
I thought I would share with my readers my current Top 7 Books. All of these books (except for one) are related to diet, health, and wellness. This is my list, I hope that you’ll share your list with me.
7. The No Grain Diet – by, Joseph Mercola, M.D.
6. Womens’ Bodies/Women’s Wisdom – by, Christiane Northrup, M.D.
5. Shut Up, Stop Whining, and Get a Life – by Larry Winget
4. Good Calories, Bad Calories – by, Gary Taubes
3. The End of Overeating – by, David Kessler
2. Lick The Sugar Habit – by, Nancy Appleton
My number one book is…my own book (sorry, I’m a little biased).
