Here is my first YouTube video. I’m very excited to share this with you. This was filmed at my gym using FlipVideo. Jake is my “right hand” man (he is also my trainer). I look forward to hearing your thoughts and comments on my first video.

Love your first video… Keep up the great work!
I can’t believe it was done with Flip Video… very cool.

Video quality was really good including when you had motion… no gliches.
Vocal Audio quality was a bit hard to hear, may want to give vocal more volume and bring the music down just a bit… not sure if you layed an audio track over vocal or if it was in the background. Very good overall. Look forward to seeing more!

Nice little video. I have a Flip but I did not know you could get that wide an angle. How far was the camera from you?
Flip is great for making quick videos. The only big minus I have found with it – is the sound quality. Not allowing a seperate mic jack prohibits quality sound…. so for a good promo of your gym and the bells you might want to get a higher end camera which gives you a seperate track for your microphone so that you can get good sound – or afterwards just lay a voice-over onto the footage.
I’m looking forward to seeing how you use the kettlebells.
Great work on the video. There’s nothing like seeing a face and hearing a voice to make you feel even more comfortable visiting a site. Nice personal touch.
Wendy, That looks like a powerful workout something that will get inserted into my workout program.

Now go implement!
That was cool to finally see a kettlebell exercise being done on video.
Can’t wait to see more!

I’m looking forward to seeing more videos. I was a little fearful of picking up the kettlebells and doing the motions wrong and throwing something out of whack. I think your videos will be a great training aid.

Hi Dr. Wendy,
Love the first video on using Kettlebells. Ever single Steve Maxwell taught me about them, I have simply adored them as part of an overall fitness program.

I was great to see the kettlebells in action. It helps give a better idea of how they are used, and may make people more confortable trying them.

The video quality was great as was the sound. You looked good, comfortable and confident in front of the camera. The only downside was the length. It should have been longer.
The ideal length for a video on Youtube is roughly 0:35 – 3:00 minutes.
Nice start.

Love the video! You and Jake rock! Thanks for being such inspirations! Keep making videos!
Great first video..the bells themselves look interesting as a workout tool
I promise to project next time! Can’t wait to put more stuff on here.
Wonderful Wendy… looks great!! Look forward to seeing more!
Now those look fun! Your video worked great so I want to see more of how those work.
The speakers on my computer don’t work so I couldn’t hear a thing you were saying. But I gotta tell you…..the rubber stripping around the edge of the gym looks FANTASTIC!
