I know for myself this is something I never want to have come out of my mouth.
Your legs are the strongest muscles in the body…but they are the first to go if they are not exercised. It always makes me sad when I have a patient who can’t get up or down off of my adjusting table due to weakness (not pain but weakness). This doesn’t have to happen.
You need to keep your legs and arms strong. I put up a great blog about squats. I urge you to review it and start doing your squats daily. For your arms do push ups. Start out doing them on the wall if you have to. Then work up to doing an incline push up on stairs. Then move to the floor and do them on your knees. Through this simple progression you’ll eventually be able to do full push ups.
Do something everyday.
Keep strong.
